It was a fun day out with the @offroadpassport group! A beautiful clear day in the Plomosa Mountain regions, a new area we have never explored before.

We stopped by the Vicksburg Aerial Signs and had lunch before heading out to see our first geoglyph in person!

Fisherman Intaglio, aka the Bouse Fisherman geoglyph. it is a bit tough to see the whole picture from the ground. I regret a little not bringing the drone. But I still loved seeing it in person and pondered the amazing fact that this could have easily been damaged without protection due to its obscurity.

There were some fun twisty tight spots going in and out of washes and made the ride fun but still easy if you had a less modified vehicle. Some sightings of pretty desert wildflowers and the creosote bushes are very green from recent rain storms.

What a great day to make new friends and see old friends!

We packed up with our Z Girls (Zyra & Zoey 🐾) and our good friend Scott @azjeep_jk to beat the Phoenix, Arizona heat—and made a run for the cool pines of Mt. Laguna in the Cleveland National Forest outside of San Diego, California. 🌲⛺️

Dispersed camping here requires a Dispersed Camping Wilderness Permit https://www.fs.usda.gov/r05/cleveland/permits

Over two days, we soaked in the peace of the forest, camped under the stars, and recharged with some much-needed downtime. We even made a quick day trip to San Diego for delicious food and a little beach time 🌊☀️—the perfect way to round out the weekend.

If you own a 2021 or newer Jeep JL with the 3.6L V6, chances are your engine is equipped with the eTorque system. Now, if you’re looking to upgrade to the Pentastar Cartridge to Spin-On Oil Filter Adapter by Baxter Performance ‪@baxterperformanceusa‬, your Vacuum Pump is going to be in the way. You’ll need the eTorque Relocating Bracket from Baxter Performance to move the Vacuum Pump out of the way.

📣 NOTE: At the time of publishing this video, the eTorque Relocating Bracket is not yet available on their website. They will be launching this product along with many others around mid-September. In the meantime, you can contact them through their website contact form and order.
