We took a long weekend trip to the Valley of Fire State Park area to Moab. It was a fun trip that allowed us to scope out a few landmarks that we would like dedicated trips in the future.
Valley of Fire State Park was gorgeous, and it is right up against the Logandale Trails System. You can easily spend a week in this area just to explore both places.
We just happen to be in Moab during the first weekend of 2022 Easter Jeep Safari, it was not planned because we actually was suppose to be in Death Valley, but we decided to change our plans last minute after seeing the high temperatures in Death Valley this weekend.
We spend a full day offroading and exploring Dome Plateau just outside of Moab.
