Testing the @darcheoutdoorgear Eclipse 270 Retreat Annex that we have gotten a while back for additional @deepsleep4jeeps sleeping config. Even though the theft incident means we have to replace most of the equipment for this config, we still think we want to camp in the Jeep for places that could have gusty wind, rain and snow. @darchenorthamerica #darcheeclipse270awning #jeeplife #jeepcamping

I made this breakfast sandwich while we were camping in Anza Borrego a few days ago. Thought we use up the leftover bread and ingredients from the trip and make them in our backyard. There is definitely something about cooking at camp that made them taste just a little bit better. Still a good sandwich and I am loving the regular size @tembotusk Skottle Grill!

I have been using the @tembotusk Adventure Skottle Grill (mini size) for the last 1.5 years and are super happy with it. A few weeks ago @jsdavis02 surprised me with a purchase of the Adjustable Leg Skottle Grill (standard size). I got to try it for the very first time last weekend! I love that it definitely allows more food to be cooked at one time and it freed up space on my tailgate table for prep.

The purple cauliflower in the stir fry is from our @EpicYardFarm garden! Jeremy noticed how the color matches my very dirty purple jacket that was covered in mud from the ride into the camp. 🤣

We now have the TemboTusk Adventure Skottle Grill, Adjustable Leg Skottle Grill and the Fire Pit. Jerry, the owner of @tembotusk, has always been super helpful when we have questions or need help with product support. I highly recommend this amazing company and their manufactured products are made in America using American labor and materials!
